Returns

You can return your purchases up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. This of course applies that the article is undamaged and not used, and is in the original state. Returns are only possible after consultation.
After receipt, verification and approval of the goods, your purchase price including the shipping costs will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
Please use our contact form to report a return shipment (see 'contact'). Here you state the invoice number and a description of the items you wish to return.
The costs of the return shipment are for the customer.
